The Treehouse
Built on stilts, the A-frame looks as if it is in the trees! This is your dreamy A-frame cabin escape nestled in four wooded acres overlooking Shasta Lake. Master loft and large front deck look out over the valley with breathtaking views of mountain peaks, granite cliffs and Hirz Bay. Located in the middle of thousands of acres of National Forest, and right between 3 beautiful National Parks – Lassen Volcanic, Redwood, and Crater Lake. We welcome you to experience cabin life and the wild beauty all around.

Tawny Owl Cottage
This charming little cottage is straight out of a fairy tale. Built in the ’60’s and recently renovated, the Tawny Owl Cottage is your ideal space to relax and read that book you’ve been meaning to get to, to launch your fishing trip, adventure at the lake — or just a place to unplug and unwind! Take your breakfast out on the deck and enjoy expansive views of the beautiful forest, majestic mountains and even catch a glimpse of the lake. If it is a peaceful retreat you are looking for – look no further!

Our cabins are located in the heart of the Shasta-Trinity National Forest; adventures are literally outside the front door.
Shasta Lake and the surrounding area is an outdoor wonderland for all ages, with 300+ days of sunny day per year, mountains all around, more than 200 miles of hiking and biking trails for all abilities and much more.

McCloud Bridge and camping/day area are very close and is great for swimming, kayaking, and picnics! It’s one of our favorite spots to take photos at dusk.

It’s Vacation Time
We use Airbnb exclusively for all reservations. Also, The Treehouse and The Cottage are right next door to each other if you’re looking to book a larger group.
